I am currently open for commissions that fit in with my style, aesthetic and interest. Previously, I have created works of art to fit in with my clients wall space, colour palette, or based off of their favourite flowers and foliage. I have also created commissioned pieces for newly-weds who wanted paintings of their bouquets and arrangements - this makes a perfect gift for a newly-wed couple too! I love discussing potential ideas and compositions during the initial stages of a commissioned piece, and I always open to new ideas.
How to order a Commissioned Painting?
If you would like to order a commissioned painting, then please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Enclosed in the email could you please include your preferred canvas size in centimetres, colour palette, and flowers of choice so that we can have an idea as to what you're looking for. It is also incredibly helpful if you could send photos of the room you would like it to go in, especially if the painting will be a statement piece for the room, or specific items or colours you would like the painting to be in keeping with, although this is not imperative. If you have any additional questions, please enclose them in the email inquiry.
I want to order a Commissioned Painting but I'm not sure what I want?
If you would like to order a painting, but you're struggling to decide on any specific ideas, then head over to my portfolio page in the 'ARTWORK' section of my website. There you will find almost every piece I have ever painted. I created the portfolio page in order to give people an idea as to what they might like or dislike in a painting. Don't worry, what you don't like is just as important as what you do like, so don't be afraid to state your preferences! It is my absolute pleasure to be able to created an entirely original and customised piece just for you, so the more detail the better. At the end of the day, if you're not too sure on what you want, I'm also happy to take creative direction, and if you just want 'pink roses' or 'lavender with blue sky', I'm also happy to make this a reality for you with all the whimsy and floral ethereal aesthetic that I put into all of my pieces. Alternatively, if you know what you want but are unsure on pricing, just email email@example.com and specify that you would like to review the pricing list which is broken down by canvas size.
How long is the process of ordering a Commissioned Painting?
After the initial planning stage, I usually take between 1-2 months to create a commissioned painting. This may be subject to change depending on how busy I am during that time. I will keep you up to date along the way, and I will be able to send progress photos of how your piece is evolving over time.
Thinking about ordering a Commissioned Calligraphy Piece?
I have created lots of different commissioned calligraphy pieces from customised quote boards, to bottle decorations for bridesmaids, as well as entire wedding calligraphy packages. All my calligraphy is written on handmade paper with black fine-liner pens and can be made exactly to your specifications. If you are looking for different paper or pen options, this can also be discussed too.

After the initial planning stage, and depending on the extent of the commission, they usually take between 1-2 weeks to create. However, this may change during busy periods, and can be confirmed on a case by case basis. Wedding packages will take considerably longer to complete, but this will also be discussed and confirmed before starting the commission to ensure everything is finished in plenty of time for the big day.
